About Dezart Performs
We pride ourselves as a truly special theatre experience bringing never-before-seen, cutting-edge theatre to Palm Springs and all of the Coachella Valley.
Dezart Performs is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to explore new theatrical works. By providing an artistic home for new plays to be developed and performed, we aim to create an atmosphere of creative growth for actors, writers and directors in Palm Springs and the surrounding desert valley area. Through encouraging and nurturing new talent, we hope to cultivate increased artistic awareness and ideas in the community.
Dezart Performs begins Season Four in our new home at the Palm Springs Woman's Club with the world premiere of "The Old Bird" by Lynn Wells Nelson, December 1-11, 2011. The Palm Springs Woman's Club is located at 314 S Cahuilla Road in downtown Palm Springs.
